1. No Refunds or Exchanges
   All payments made to PvPWars are for virtual items in the game. Once a purchase is completed, it's considered final, and there will be no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks.

2. Account Bans
   If your account gets banned for breaking the rules, you won’t get a refund, no matter the reason for the ban.

3. Server Availability
   We can’t guarantee the server will always be up. If the server shuts down, any virtual items you bought may be lost, and there will be no refunds.

4. Technical Issues & Refunds
   If you experience lag, glitches, or any other technical issues, refund requests will be looked at by the PvPWars team. However, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Real-World Value
   The virtual items you buy in PvPWars are just that—virtual. They don’t have any real-world value and can’t be traded for money or anything outside of the game.

6. Agreeing to the Terms
   By completing a purchase, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you don't follow the rules, you might lose access to your items or account.
