✦ To open a support ticket, head into the #open-a-ticket channel on discord.

✦ From here you can select a ticket of your choosing. Choosing the wrong ticket category may affect your support waiting time.

✦ Your new support channel will now appear on the sidebar.

✦ From here, fill out the form and staff will respond to you as soon as possible. If you no longer need support, just let staff know and they will close the channel for you.

Always remember, staff may be dealing with high volume of tickets, so please be patient while waiting on a response.
