CHAT DISRUPTION

Disrupting the public chat with spam messages or excessive caps. This also includes violating the English in Main Chat rule.

Punishments:

First Offense:
- Warning
Second Offense:
- Kick
Third Offense:
- 10 Minute Mute
Fourth Offense:
- 30 Minute Mute

SCAMMING

Attempt to scam other players through any means on the server is not allowed.

Punishments:

First Offense:
- 7 Day Ban
Second Offense:
- 14 Day Ban
Third Offense:
- 30 Day Ban

TOUCHY SUBJECTS

Any offensive jokes about LGBTQ+, Racism, Sexism, Pedophilia, Death, Suicide, or other topics are prohibited.

Punishments:

First Offense:
- 1 Hour Mute
Second Offense:
- 4 Hour Mute
Third Offense:
- 8 Hour Mute
Fourth Offense:
- 4 Hour Ban
Fifth Offense:
- 1 Day Ban

DDOS / DOXING / SWAT THREATS

Any threats that involve DDOS, Doxing, or Swatting is strictly prohibited.

Punishments:

First Offense:
- Permanent Ban

TP KILLING / TRAPPING

It is not permitted to teleport a player to a location with the intention of killing them. This applies to any location on the map, such as your island or pvp zone.

Punishments:

First Offense:
- 2 Day Ban
Second Offense:
- 7 Day Ban

SERVER OFFENSES

Glitches may not be used for commercial gain or distributed to other players. The server should not be attempted to crash, damage, or be subjected to any harmful activity.

Punishments:

First Offense:
- 14 Day Ban
Second Offense:
- Permanent Ban

ADVERTISING

Advertising another server with the intent to bring players to that server is not allowed. This includes spamming chat, renaming items, and more.

Punishments:

First Offense:
- Permanent Ban

HACKING / DISALLOWED MODIFICATIONS

Modifying your client with the intent to gain an advantage over other players in any means is not allowed. This includes but not limited to fly hacking, kill aura, bhopping, scripting, autoclicking, afk mining/fishing, etc.

Punishments:

First Offense:
- 14 Day Ban
Second Offense:
- 30 Day Ban
Third Offense:
- Permanent Ban

ISLAND BOOSTING

Creating an alt island with the goal of increasing the value of the main island through the construction of a farm or the use of another tower generator is prohibited.

Clarification: Joining and island with items or value will result in a disqualification.

Clarification: Having alt islands for pshops or builds is allowed.

Punishments:

First Offense:
- 7 Day Ban (( Island DQ'ed ))
Second Offense:
- Permanent Ban

IRL TRADING

Any player-to-player exchange involving real money or involving anything not connected to the PvPWars network Any attempts, offers, or recommendations to engage in IRL trading may be punished.

Punishments:

First Offense:
- 24-Day Ban (( Island DQ'ed ))

BAN EVADING

Playing on an alt account while your main account is banned

Punishments:

First Offense:
- Permanent Ban
