Disqualification Rules

To provide the best and quickest help all support is strictly handled through the Discord.

INSIDING

The owner of the island has the right to all items, including but not limited to; Money, Spawners, Mobcoins, Purchased items and more. If an island member removes any assets with the intention to keep for themselves, or to transfer elsewhere, then it is classed as insiding. Only exception is with Island Leader approval and proof is provided. Major insides count for 50%+ value.

Disqualification:

  • Minor Offense:
    - 5 Day Ban + Admin Discretion + Items Returned
  • Major Offense:
    - 14 Day Ban + Admin Discretion + Items Returned

MERGING

Combining two or more islands together during a map to enhance island value, elevate efficiency or other beneficial additions is not permitted. You can not take anything with you that could contribute towards an island. Top 5 islands must resort to Admins+ when merging, failing in doing so can lead to the respective punishment.

Disqualification:

  • First Offense:
    - Removal of all value that was brought over + 1 Week DQ
  • Second Offense:
    - Removal of all value that was brought over + 2 Week DQ

Leaving Islands

Leaving your island to join a Top 5 Island must resort to Admins+. All items must be left behind, including but not limited to money, mobcoins, and spawners.

Disqualification:

  • First Offense:
    - Removal of all value that was brought over
  • Second Offense:
    - Removal of all value that was brought over + 1 Week DQ

Alt Islands

Using an alternative island most commonly done with an alt is not permitted. You are not allowed to make any sort of second or alternative island to generate any form of income. You must have 1 island and 1 island only, YOU CAN ONLY have an alt island for playershops. Any trusted islands that bring in value for you can also add to this punishment.
This rule can be expanded by using alt islands for island upgrades. Any alts caught with island upgrades on an alt island will be punished in the same way.

Disqualification:

  • First Offense:
    - Alt Island Deleted + Value Removal (Admin Discretion)
  • Second Offense:
    - 2 Week DQ + Value Removal (Admin Discretion)

Trading for Value / Island Boosting

If you’re planning on doing a trade for value whether this be in game items or buycraft. You must first verify with an Administrator+ that the deal is fine before going through with it. This is to make sure all trades are done properly and not to boost other islands. Any undervalued trades may result in a ban, such as 500 goobits for 50% island value.

Disqualification:

  • First Offense:
    - Trade Reversal + Admin Discretion
  • Second Offense:
    - Admin Discretion

Disqualification Evasion

If an island is disqualified from payout, the leader is not permitted to kick island members or give or trade or sell any sort of items until the disqualification has expired. Island Members are also not permitted to leave the island and join another island. Doing this will result in the islands involved being disqualified further.

Disqualification:

  • First Offense:
    - 14 Day Ban + 1 Week DQ
  • Second Offense:
    - 14 Day Ban + 2 Week DQ

Automated Work

Automating any sort of process using an exploit, macro, or external software is not permitted.  Using anything listed above to give an unfair advantage in ways that can show you not actually playing while still gaining a higher position on Island Top will be considered Automated Work. F11 Farming / F3+T  / changing keybinds to attack isn’t allowed. Any player who is farming crops, blocks or manually killing mobs is subject to an activity check from staff. Failure to respond to the staff within 30 seconds will count as Automated Work.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that the value reductions are applied based on the number of island offenses.

Disqualification:

  • First Offense:
    - 14 Day Ban + 1 Week DQ
  • Second Offense:
    - 30 Day Ban + 2 Week DQ
  • Third Offense:
    - Permanent Ban + 3 Week DQ
  • Major Offense:
    - Admin Discretion

Exploiting, Duping, or Severe Glitching

Using any sort of exploit, dupe or glitch to boost your position on Island Top will not be permitted, if you find an exploit, dupe or glitch you can make a ticket on our discord and explain how it's done with video proof. You may be compensated depending on the severity of the exploit, dupe or glitch.

Disqualification:

  • Minor Offense:
    - 30 Day Ban + Admin Discretion
  • Major Offense:
    - 60 Day Ban + Admin Discretion

Futher Bans

Any island that is already DQed is subject to further DQ if a ban of any type occurs. Depending on severity and admin discretion.

  • First Offense:
    - 1 Week DQ
