Before we start with the list I want to do 2 shoutouts. The first shoutout goes to StealthPlayz_ for making this possible by sending all the names of the staff members and helping me with this. I thought of a new concept doing this by sorting it on rank and first the promotion and then the people that deserve a demotion. Keep in mind I don't hate any of the players I told to get demoted. I looked at the best option for PvPWars so it can still improve and be better.

Promotions -
celestialxo - The reason behind this is because she is very helpful in discord and in-game. She does what a staff member should to do and is clearly experienced enough to get promoted to JrMod.
Iodized - ye, what can I say. People like him as staff. He is active, friendly and a good staff member. I can provide PvPWars some qualities. In overall he does his job and does what he needs to do.
I don't think the others deserve a promotion or demotion since they still have the time to prove themselves and show the community that they can do it. I just saw these 2 with Qualities. These 2 can make a difference in the staff team and I know for a fact that is gonna happen. Like I said before the others didn't quite do as much as these 2 but who knows maybe if they see this they realize what they can do and improve themselves.

StealthPlayz_ - This man has done so much for me. Let me correct that a bit, he has done so much for the community it's insane. He is mature. He is friendly. He is active. He looks at the rules and doesn't make a big deal if someone breaks the rules because he looks at the best option to do for other players. He cares about the community and he is really fun to talk to. In overall he has proven himself enough to get the SrMod. He is the man.
T3G_CookieKiller - He is such a friendly guy it's insane. He helped me a lot when I got banned and he was one of the people that kept talking with me even when he knew what I did. He listens to other people in the community and he is active in discord but also In-game. He is what you need if you ask for a good staff member.
Demotions -
Alex_Mason_ - Before I got banned he was helper. I saw him make so many mistakes by overthinking stuff. He made from the smallest things a big deal. Since I got back I only saw the negative things from him. He doesn't help when we ask him for help when he is in voice chat 24/7. He abused his permissions a couple times. He isn't very friendly against us. He thinks that grinding skyblock is more important than helping other players.
DenonicAspect - I never heard of him. Can be because I got banned but I still didn't see him when I was ban evading. He maybe got a valid reason I don't know but for now, I got him on the demotion list.
Also for this one, I only did a few people since the others still need to prove themselves and I know most of them but I got banned so I can't really say if they did their job or not.

Mine_Rasa - You will think, "Why did you choice rasa when you hate her" and the reason for that is because everyone wants her to be JrAdmin. She wants me removed from the network so bad and I understand why and she can do that when she is JrAdmin but I stopped thinking about myself and thought "I would give her a chance" since so many of y'all want it.
Demotions -
blobberman4 - I don't see him online that often so I question myself if he really does his job when he isn't active. He also can have a valid reason for it and just what I said by the other guy "for now he is on the demotion list."
And again the others need to keep their rank because it will be chaos if there would be too many JrAdmins and fewer SrMods. I chose the best options for the server that I could possibly think of and this is the outcome of it.
What goes for the Admins themselves it's very easy.
Airella needs to be The Buycraft Admin/Manager and Joey needs to be the Staff manager. They both work hard especially Joey. I think that PvPWars need a manager from separate things so it's less chaos. If you do this you will get a better communication in overall.
