I did make one but she is saying since my inventory was full I cant get it when all they have to do is reload my purchase it would be the nice thing to do

SatelliteSkillz its your own fault for having a full inventory when you bought something on the store, you knew it will be added to your inventory then the purchase went thru, but also to get the item back you need proof first, do you have a video of it happening?
No, I completely understand what he is saying. This server is just sick when it comes to things like this. They know full well what happened and yet they don’t refund because Noah is just money greedy. I hate to say it but it’s true, staff don’t care about the players, they just blame them for anything. In occasions like this, it’s an easy fix but no one can bother their arse to help the guy. I’ve been in this position more than once and it really pisses me off. Sorry dude but you won’t get your crate but staff are idiots and don’t care.
